Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
Certain items such as customized orders, sale items and worn stitched suits may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for specific details.

Please provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is incorrect, damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return and retaining the shipping receipt for your records.
Noman Arts is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), our quality assurance team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 working days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy

Store Credit Option
Instead of receiving a refund through the original payment method, customers may opt for store credit equivalent to the purchase price plus applicable taxes.
Store credit can be used towards future purchases on the Noman Arts website and does not expire.
