Thank you for choosing Noman Arts. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our policies regarding purchases, exchanges and product care.
All orders placed with Noman Arts are subject to availability and confirmation. We offer both stitched and unstitched suits, crafted with attention to detail and quality fabrics. Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting conditions, photography and differences in screen settings.
Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To request an exchange:
The original invoice or order number must be provided.
The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.
The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Without valid proof of purchase, the exchange request will be considered void.
Exchange Will Not Be Accepted In The Following Cases
If the outfit has been worn, washed or altered in any way.
If there is physical damage caused by mishandling after delivery.
If the product is stained, perfumed or shows signs of use.
If stitching has been modified or customized after purchase.
If the original tags are removed, damaged or missing.
If the exchange claim is made after the 7-day exchange period.
If both the invoice and order number are unavailable, the exchange request will be considered void.
Quality Check
Our team carefully inspects all returned items before approving any exchange. Exchange approval is subject to compliance with the above terms and conditions.
Noman Arts reserves the right to refuse an exchange request if the returned product does not meet the stated requirements.
